The Pre Assembly believes grazing is all about creating a social, relaxed and inclusive atmosphere with food. 

Mother and daughter duo, Kiera and Jess have a passion for all things food. With an eye for colour and design they love creating grazing tables, platters and boxes which are unique, eye catching and delicious. 

The Pre Assembly first started in August 2020. Right in the middle of COVID  lockdown in Melbourne. Although Kiera and Jessica had long wanted to establish a grazing table and event makeup business they found themselves starting out with grazing boxes.  

The grazing boxes were so popular that over 350 boxes were delivered in the first three months. Customers loved the quality and variety of the fresh produce and were impressed by the creative presentation. 

The Pre Assembly loves to design and create grazes for all occasions including birthdays, formal pres, hen’s days, baby showers, weddings, corporate events and everything in between. 

Just in case you’re wondering about the name...

'The Pre Assembly' has two meanings. The first being to literally ‘assemble’ your pre dinner drinks or ‘pres’ before events. The second being beautifully presented pre assembled food.
